ABOUT THIS AIRCRAFT

The Airbus A318 is the smallest aircraft designed by Airbus, which is why it was given the “Baby Bus” nickname. Airbus offered a variant of this aircraft type for private aviation and government uses, called the “ACJ”. This specific A318, with registration HZ-AS99, completed its assembly and was delivered at the end of 2009; later, it joined the Saudia Royal Fleet in 2017. In January 2025, it was repainted in the Royal Fleet’s new livery; it continues its service in the fleet to this day.
